Before joining our team, Lou Siracusano was a practicing attorney for over 30 years serving the greater New York area (no longer practicing). Since becoming part of our team in 2006, he has proven instrumental in the link between the legal world and the financial services world. By working closely with attorneys, Lou has been very successful at directing the next step for plaintiffs and their families in developing the path towards financial recovery.

Gabriel is currently working toward his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. His persistent work ethic and goal-oriented mindset consistently provide him with new opportunities to learn and improve.

Gabriel believes that balance and constant determination in the workplace is the key to success when it comes to achieving any goal. He has been involved in the investment world from an early age and continues to strive towards improvement every day.

Anthony is currently working toward his bachelor’s degree in Finance at Miami University Farmer School of Business. He was involved in the FYIC business program where he gained experience with developing solutions to complex problems, and presented his final result in front of KeyBank officials. He is also the treasurer for Lambda Chi Alpha, which has helped him develop strategies for how to plan and budget projects.

Anthony attributes his success to his lifelong interest in finance as well as his analytical skills. His drive and fortitude make him a key asset to the team.

Lawson has over seven years of experience in the investment industry and currently serves as Branch Manager. His strong foundation in finance and economics empowers him to deliver exceptional client service.

Lawson earned a double major in Finance and Economics along with a minor in International Business from the University of Alabama. This comprehensive educational background laid the groundwork for his successful career in finance. He further honed his expertise by obtaining an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Loyola University Chicago's Quinlan School of Business where he developed advanced skills in financial analysis, investment management, and strategic decision-making. 

As Branch Manager at Siracusano Sleezer Group Wealth Management, Lawson is committed to fostering a collaborative team environment and using his passion for finance and keen understanding of market dynamics to help the team navigate complex financial landscapes.

For over a decade, Mandi has worked her way from Administrative Assistant to Administrative Manager through a detailed approach to ensuring every client need is proactively and reactively handled with the utmost speed and accuracy. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and her commitment to each client adds an elevated layer of service to our already talented and dedicated team.

Sarah is a motivated administrative professional who thrives in our dynamic environment. Her knowledge of policy and procedures makes her the go-to person in the office for questions or concerns as well as both simple and complex client needs.

Sara uses her experience in customer service to ensure that no client interaction falls through the cracks. Her ability to organize and multi-task enables her to successfully manage office calendars, process transactions, and assist with client requests via email and phone.
